QDROs - QUALIFIED DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDER

Under the best of circumstances, it takes a substantial amount of time to discover, analyze, and cope with the complexities of employee pension and benefit plans. The earlier this process is started, the better for the parties, their lawyers, and the family court.

QDROs are much easier to deal with and much better in quality if the parties and their lawyers come to the property division  and support hearings with draft QDROs, pre-approved by the plan and ready to present to the court, in hand.

The earlier you the prepare the QDRO the better. Make sure that the QDRO is executed at the same time the marital settlement agreement or other orders are signed. There will be far fewer cases in which the parties will have to come back again and again for a second or third time to argue collateral QDRO issues. Provide your clients with a better service and a timely QDRO resolution.

I work with QDRO Solutions, Inc. to assist the parties and their attorneys in drafting and preparing QDROs. If I can assist in providing you with a QDRO solution please complete the QDRO data form at the link below.
